What is the process of hat production?

1. Cutting workshop
(1) According to the requirements of the order, the clipper selects the fabric, color card and knife die, arranges the cloth broaching machine, estimates the cutting times of the batch of cloth, and cuts it into pieces with the press.
(2) piercing according to customer order requirements, select different models than the perforating machine for piercing.
(3) Top buckle cloth according to the size of the button, select the corner fabric and tie the top buckle cloth with the top binding machine.
(4) ironing liner According to the needs of the order, choose soft liner, and attach the cap piece and liner together with the ironing machine.
(5) According to the size of various buckles and the width and narrowness of the cloth belt, select the scraps and use the cloth cutter to cut the cloth.
2. Embroidery workshop
The cap piece after piercing is embroidered with a CNC sewing machine.
